Job Summary

The GSE Assistant Mechanic Manager assists the Maintenance Manager in the overall management and operations of the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) department by ensuring all maintenance, repair, and logistics functions run efficiently and safely. The GSE Maintenance Manager has direct reports and fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence within the GSE department.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as acting Maintenance Manager when required, ensuring continuity of operations. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, including labor, parts, tooling, and equipment needs.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, safety, and leadership) to align maintenance activities with business objectives
