GS Sea Logistics Specialist - Centralized Schedule Creation

As a member of our Freight Forwarding team, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. You will help transport medicines, toys, and machine parts, making important moments possible worldwide.

Job Purpose

The main responsibility is to create sailing schedules that do not exist, using information available on the carrier's website. Ticket processing must be completed within specific timeframes: within 5 minutes if no tracking number (TN) is involved, within 12 minutes if the ticket requires linking a schedule to a TN, and within 24 hours for bulk requests. These tasks must follow the Standard Operating Procedures and meet the established performance and productivity targets.
