GRP Technician

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble complex GRP Glass Reinforced Plastic components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications ensuring precise dimensions and structural integrity.
• Perform intricate hand lay‑up and spray‑up processes, expertly applying resin and reinforcing materials to achieve desired thickness and finish.
• Safely operate and maintain specialized GRP manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a foundational understanding of technical concepts.
• Completion of a vocational training program or apprenticeship in composites manufacturing or a related field.
