Growth & Strategy Director - Social Impact Leader

Pet Refuge is seeking a strategic, values-led senior leader to guide growth. The Director Strategy & Growth will work with the Founder to deliver the 36‑month road map, deepen partnerships, and build a high‑performing team.

This part‑time role involves leading organisational strategy, overseeing operations, risk, wellbeing, and governance, and driving sustainable revenue growth while maintaining the mission to protect pets and families.
