Growth marketing lead

The Role
We already have a working franchise lead engine. Now we need someone who can scale it across markets, improve it continuously, and unlock new growth levers.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be expected to design integrated marketing plans across online, offline, and channel development , and drive them end-to-end.
This is not a “manage agencies and review decks” role.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out, make-it-work role.
You’ll own lead generation end-to-end —across performance, offline, and new channels we haven’t even tried yet.
Speed matters more than perfection. Outcomes matter more than activity.
What You’ll Do
Build and scale the engine:
Create a steady pipeline of high-quality franchise leads across cities
Strengthen what’s working and expand it across markets
Plan and execute integrated campaigns:
Design clear, outcome-driven plans across online, offline, and channel development
