About the Role- Roles & Responsibilities ● Drive acquisition, activation, and retention for the Derivatives (F&O) business through CRM channels including Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App messaging. ● Build personalized campaigns and lifecycle journeys for trader segments such as intraday traders, options traders, and active F&O participants. ● Own end-to-end campaign execution, including audience selection, communication strategy, launch, performance tracking, and optimization. ● Partner with Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, improve funnel conversion, and drive first-trade and repeat-trade activation. ● Analyze trader behavior, campaign performance, reten...
