As a Growth Excellence Manager, you'll lead high-impact, project-based initiatives across New Customer Growth (NCG), Existing Customer Growth (ECG), and Pricing. You will be delivering measurable value for Covestro's Business Entities and the organization as a whole.

This role uniquely blends structured problem solving, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution.
