Responsibilities
Collaborate with the growth team to turn customer signals into product and revenue impact.
Take ownership of:
- Growth strategy: Be the first responder for customer questions. Diagnose attribution issues, debug SDK integrations, and turn every support ticket into either a product improvement, a documentation upgrade, or an expansion opportunity.
