Growth-Driven Paid Media Manager

Félix is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Manager to join our Growth team in Argentina. You will scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, lead experimentation and a data-led creative strategy, and translate insights into actionable guidance for asset production.

You will own the full funnel analytics, optimize CAC and LTV, and manage multi-channel budgets with high precision, driving growth and channel innovation in a fast-paced environment.
