Growth Director: Sales, Marketing & Revenue

Six Senses Crans-Montana seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the resort’s commercial strategy across Rooms, F&B, Spa and Events. You will own the annual business plan, drive revenue growth and maintain brand standards in a luxury environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a high-performing team, collaborate with regional teams, and build strong partnerships with luxury leisure, MICE and travel trade networks to elevate guest value and profitability.
