Growth & CRM Lead — Part-Time (3 Days/Week)

Brixx Derma is seeking a hands-on growth marketing manager to plan and run campaigns, growing our customer database and driving sales. You will lead and coordinate our freelancers (media buyer, social media lead, website developer) while owning the campaign strategy and briefs.

This role is strategic and production-oriented; you will provide plans, briefs, and follow-through, with the specialists handling execution. Prior ecommerce or beauty brand experience is a plus.
