Growth Associate - Campus (Andhra Pradesh)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Growth Associate to build and run the Student Tribe campus presence in Andhra Pradesh from the ground up. This is not just an outreach role — you are responsible for forming the campus team in Andhra Pradesh, leading them, planning and executing campus events, and ensuring the territory runs independently. Alongside campus work, you will be a direct support arm for the central client team — helping deliver client projects and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you are someone who can build structure where none exists, lead a small team, and own outcomes end to end — this role is for you.
