The Growth and Platform Management Specialist at Lianhe Zaobao is a dynamic, hybrid role responsible for both the strategic design and daily execution of our digital audience growth initiatives. Reporting to the Editor/Associate Editor, you will serve as a key driver in transforming casual readers into a highly engaged, loyal community. You will combine editorial judgment with data-driven insights to manage platform curation, optimize content distribution, and implement loyalty-building tactics across newsletters and push notifications.
