At Composio we build infrastructure that lets agents connect with tools such as Github, Gmail, Notion and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Own our data foundation by building and running the data lake and analytics stack that ties together our three products—MCP/CLI, SDK, and enterprise. You will manage our Snowflake environment from end to end: creating pipelines, modeling clean tables, ensuring data quality and answering complex analytical questions.

Translate user behavior insights into roadmap decisions, guiding the product team on what to double‑down, kill, or invest in next.

Build the product‑led sales engine: instrument funnels, send signals to Snowflake so consumer and developer usage becomes an agile hand‑off to sales.

Ship growth features directly in the product, building upsells, optimizing onboarding flows, and driving in‑app actions such as booking a sales meeting—all while keeping a delightful user experience.
