Growth Analytics Lead

This is a founding growth hire. You'll be building the measurement system from zero, and everything that comes after reads from what you put in place. The taxonomy, the attribution logic, the dashboards, the weekly rhythm. It's hands-on — you'll work directly in the tools, not oversee an agency or inherit an existing setup.

You'll work directly with the CMO and close to the founders, with the visibility and latitude that only exists this early.

This seat is for an operator who can turn ambiguity into systems, and wants ownership of the machinery behind scale: knowing where users come from, where they drop, which channels create activated spenders, and what the company should do next.
