Groups Coordinator

We are looking for a Groups Coordinator who is a motivated individual with a passion for a career in group room sales. Under the direction of the Groups Manager and Director of Events, you will quote and process all group reservation enquiries, taking advantage of every sales opportunity to maximise both occupancy and room rate. You will deal with group organisers’ requests in a timely and professional manner, finding operational solutions to all guest challenges ensuring that the Hotel’s reputation is intact, the company values are adhered to. You will take care of all group requests both pre arrival, post arrival and post departure during their stay at The Marylebone, The Kensington and The Bloomsbury.
