Assistant Manager, Record to Report (R2R)

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager, Record to Report (R2R) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end financial close and reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial accounting in accordance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. The role covers general ledger accounting, staff cost accounting, fixed assets, lease accounting, financial reporting, statutory reporting, audit support, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Month-End Close
• Manage accounting for employee-related costs, including payroll, bonuses, share-based payments, and staff claims while liaising with Human Resources on related matters.
