Job Purpose
The Group Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, facilities management, infrastructure, capital projects, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of hotels. The role ensures that all properties are maintained to the highest standards, supporting exceptional guest experiences while protecting the company's assets and managing maintenance costs effectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Property & Facilities Management

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of multiple hotel properties.


• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes.


• Ensure all hotel buildings, guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and staff accommodation are maintained to company standards.
