Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction of the assigned work area in alignment with business goals and technology standards, contributing to the development of the enterprise IT strategy.
• Maintain strong awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and organizational challenges to enable informed decision-making and drive innovation.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design, engineering, implementation, and support of application software solutions, including decisions on build vs. buy, internal vs. external resourcing, and cloud adoption.
• Take full accountability for identifying and delivering scalable, cost‑effective, and innovative solutions that align with business needs and enterprise objectives.
