WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Group Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and lifecycle management of Small Business deposit products. This role owns the product strategy & roadmap and helps the Bank's business segments drive revenue growth and client satisfaction by delivering compelling value propositions, launching innovative products, and optimizing existing offerings while ensuring competitive pricing, regulatory compliance, and robust risk mitigation. This role actively engages sales leadership across the Bank to identify product gaps and needs, provide product performance metrics, and maximize product adoption and growth.
