Group Medical Underwriting in Insurance Brokers - Placement team

Responsibilities

• Work on the allocated placement files
• Send the document checklist to client once the confirmation has received from the Medical Insurance Renewal Team
• Follow‑up with the clients for documents
• Prepare and review policy documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate policy details, terms and conditions to clients in a clear and concise manner, addressing any queries or concerns they may have
• All documents need to be verified and maintained properly for uploading
• Share the documents with the Insurance company to place the policy
• Send the cover confirmation to the clients once it is received from the Insurance company
• Follow‑up with the clients for payment
• Share the payment proof to the Insurance company for policy activation
