**Job Description:**
**Primary Key Responsibilities**
+ Knowledge of the area and other processes that are affected. This will include learning the scheduling process of parts and materials. Be involved in CQC’s and CAR’s
+ Responsible for monthly OEE meeting and follow up on progress.
+ 5S Responsibilities
+ Providing group sessions as well as one-on-one meetings where individuals can voice their concerns or questions.
+ Educating and training new group members as well as support staff
+ Knowledge of the overall process and how their department affects the process.
+ Help and assist in all areas when someone is on vacation, in a meeting, out of office, etc.
+ Help in scheduling and changeover of presses or area operation
+ Ensure operational plans from fast response board are carried out
+ Assist with all CQC’s in area
+ Run OEE meetings and follow up on actions taken
+ Monitor breaks and lunches of employees in assigned area of plant...
