The Equipment & Logistics (Support Services) Group Lead oversees all aspects of the canister preparation department, including staffing, workflow planning, quality standards, and resource allocation. This first-level front-line leadership role focuses on strategic oversight rather than hands-on task execution, ensuring that departmental goals align with broader organizational objectives. The Group Lead sets performance expectations, coaches and develops staff, and exercises independent judgment in operational decisions related to process improvements, scheduling, and resource deployment.
