What you'll do:

• Lead ESG, conservation and community impact strategy

• Drive sustainability frameworks and governance across multiple regions

• Build strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships

• Oversee impact reporting, fundraising and performance measurement

• Champion purpose-driven leadership and long-term business sustainability

We're looking for:

• 10+ years' experience in sustainability, ESG, conservation or impact leadership
