In this role you will design and oversee Ebury’s global sanctions and export controls framework to safeguard regulatory and reputational risk while enabling international growth. You will lead a global compliance team, engage with regulators, and report to executive leadership and the board. You’ll shape risk appetite, optimize screening systems, and drive cross-border initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
