A well-established IT conglomerate with a large workforce in Malaysia is actively expanding its regional presence in SEA.

Your new role

Based in Petaling Jaya, we are looking for talents who are at a Senior Manager or Group Head of HR level to lead a team of 40 as a successor to the current lead. Your responsibility will heavily surround people-management (top and bottom) playing and advisory role to the leads in each HR sub-division. Strength in developing talent attraction strategies for new international set-ups, workforce budgeting/costing/planning and managing stakeholders on performance management are a few crucial areas of focus in the day-to-day scope of this position. Experience in leading massive business expansions, culture merging (old/new) and deep diving into operation optimisation are key.
