Job Description:
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function across the SSA region.
- Develop and deliver integrated three-year strategic plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting cycles, and advanced financial modelling initiatives.
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, including performance analysis and commentary on key variances.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to support business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and international teams to enhance financial performance.
