The Group operates Globally with offices in Singapore (Singapore), Westport (USA), Tokyo (Japan), Yangon (Myanmar), Delhi (India) and Damann (KSA). The Group has around 100 shore‑based staff with circa 2,000 active seafarers. Norstar’s client base includes investment funds, ship owners, oil majors and leading global energy and commodity companies.
