120k EUR annual salary | 10k per month + Bonus

One of Lithuania’s fastest-growing international tech groups is hiring a senior finance leader to build and scale its global financial operations function.

This is a strategic, hands-on role working closely with the CFO across:

• Group Controlling
• Management Reporting
• Treasury & Cash Flow
• Cost Control
• Procurement
• Intercompany Structures

You’ll own the management reporting engine across multiple brands/entities, helping bring greater visibility, control, and operational excellence across the business.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong Group Controlling / Management Accounting experience
• Treasury or cash management exposure
• Multi-entity international experience
• Background in scale-up, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or PE-backed environments ...
