Group Finance Manager, PE backed Business, Crewe, £70k + bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and hands-on Group Accountant to join a fast-paced, multi-entity business during a period of continued growth. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function while gaining exposure to process improvement, business partnering and people management.

This role would suit a technically strong accountant looking for a long-term opportunity with a progression path into a Financial Controller position over the next 3-4 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts across multiple legal entities.
• Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and month‑end close.
