Package: R1.4 million (Negotiable)

Location: Initially Remote | Transitioning to Office-Based (Stellenbosch Winelands)

Travel: Local and International Travel Required

An established African property investment and development group is seeking a commercially astute, resilient CA(SA) to become a key member of the leadership team. Operating across multiple African territories, this role requires a hands‑on finance leader who is comfortable making tough decisions, holding people accountable, navigating complexity and taking ownership when challenges arise.

The successful candidate will be a mature professional who combines strategic thinking with a practical, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach. This is an environment where initiative, accountability and execution matter far more than hierarchy or corporate politics.
