Group Facilities Manager

Minimum Experience and Qualification Required: 5 years of senior management experience in multi-site facilities or engineering, ideally within the hospitality sector Tertiary qualification in Facilities management, mechanical or electrical engineering Experience in planning and executing maintenance operations. Computer literacy Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems Project management Be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic. Be a team player, with a positive attitude. Be willing to work shifts. Be able to work under pressure.
