Group COO - Fintech Operations & ERP Leader (Bali)

IBMC is assisting our client in hiring a Group COO to unify and scale operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. The role will build the group’s operating system end-to-end: standardizing processes, implementing automation and ERP/SaaS tools, and tightening cross-country coordination with clear KPIs and accountability.

This senior operator must understand SaaS‑style workflows, multi‑entity management, and the operational realities of fintech or prop trading environments.
