Job Summary

The Serpa Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Group Controller to join our growing team. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across our Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT dealership and Serpa Motorsports, our Yamaha & Suzuki powersports and marine operation and proud 3‑Time Yamaha Elite Dealer.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in finance/accounting, with the ability to manage financials across multiple dealership operations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Location of position is Aurora Ontario.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of finance/accounting experience (or equivalent knowledge of dealership operations).
• Automotive and/or powersports dealership accounting experience an asset.
• Experience with PBS and CDK a strong asset.
