Experience: 20+ years PQE
Background: Strong exposure to corporate governance, listed-company compliance, secretarial leadership, and IPO preparation. Candidates may come from large Indian corporates, digital-first/e-commerce organisations, US MNCs, or top-tier law firms with governance expertise.
