Group Accountant

Our client is a growing player in the mining sector, operating across multiple entities and projects throughout South Africa. They're looking for a driven Group Accountant to join their Johannesburg East office and become a key part of the finance team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly management accounts Assist with group consolidations and financial reporting Drive month-end and year-end processes across multiple entities Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial integrity Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting Assist with audits, tax submissions and statutory compliance Analyse financial performance and provide insights to management Work closely with operational teams to support business decisions Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom Accounting or related qualification Completed articles highly advantageous 37 years' post-articles or commercial finance experience Experience within mining, engineering, industrial or contracting en...
