Location: Barnet (Covering Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow & Hammersmith)
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing properties across Barnet and the surrounding North West and West London areas.

This is a mobile role covering Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out a range of external groundworks repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties.
Completing repairs to pathways, paving, patios, slabs and concrete areas.
Undertaking fencing repairs and replacements where required.
