Maintain grounds in summer: mow lawns; seed, fertilize and run irrigation, plant flowers and shrubs; prune trees and shrubs; remove weeds and brush using power equipment.Maintain grounds in winter: remove snow and ice from parking lots and sidewalks, using shovels, snow blowers and plows; salt and sand; keep fire lanes, hydrants, pro-pane tanks, and generators clear; dormant winter pruning.Perform other seasonal grounds work: rake leaves, sweep sand, repair walkways, clean drains.Pick up trash around buildings and dorms.Move furniture; relocate offices, set up furniture in dorms.Assist with basic construction tasks related to grounds maintenance (ditch digging, road repair, fence and sign repair/installation).Carry out other special work orders (deliveries...
