Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

We have an opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our Team covering Sussex based out of Lancing. The position is within Estates Services which sits within Property Services, who have a responsibility to provide an effective estate maintenance service and supervisory support that meets contract and customer expectations applying appropriate horticultural practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing supervisory support in keeping estates well maintained and clean in accordance with grounds maintenance contract specifications and appropriate horticultural practices
• Providing accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensuring accurate daily work records are completed
• Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract specifications and escalating complaints as appropriate
