RESPONSIBLE TO : Building Engineer
POSITION DESCRIPTION : Primary responsibility is to perform grounds keeping needs of the exterior portions of the building, as well as the courtyard. During inclement weather, will assist in duties as directed by the Building Engineer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
+ Maintenance of the exterior grounds consisting of mowing, weeding, trimming, watering, general conditioning of landscaping, mulching, planting, treating and fertilizing, snow removal and sanding, maintenance of St. Luke vehicles and equipment.
+ During inclement weather will assist in Maintenance duties, cleaning and washing, lifting and moving heavy furniture and equipment.
+ Other related duties that may become necessary or as directed by the Supervisor, Department Head and/or Administrator.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
+ Exterior/interior building grounds
+ Stands, sits, lifts, kneels, bends, climb...
