About the Role

Club Como Modern Mediterranean is seeking a passionate and experienced Grill Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking premium grilled dishes while maintaining exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation in line with our modern Mediterranean dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and Mediterranean specialties.


• Ensure all dishes are cooked to specification, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.


• Prepare marinades, sauces, and accompaniments according to restaurant recipes.
