Job Summary
The GRID Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily editorial grid, managing content flow, and ensuring the timely delivery of news, videos, and graphics across all digital platforms (Website, App, YouTube, and Social Media) for Republic Digital. This role is a central link between the editorial desk, field reporters, video editors, and digital publishers to ensure a seamless ‘360-degree‘ coverage of stories.
Key Responsibilities
* Grid Planning & Management: Actively build and maintain the daily editorial grid (schedule of news segments, stories, and live reporting), prioritizing breaking news and exclusive content.
* Digital Output Control: Act as the final gatekeeper for news publishing. Review and approve headlines, social media posts, thumbnails, and video packages before they go live.
