We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a fifteen store operation, expanding across London.

At The Salad Project, our passion goes beyond the quality of our food. We are equally as committed to finding and nurturing our staff. We’re looking for front‑of‑house team members, hungry for an exciting kitchen experience.
