GRC Software Trainer

Job Title And Overview

The GRC Software Trainer is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to clients and stakeholders on the implementation, utilization, and optimization of the Diligent One (previously known as HighBond) software solution.

The Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring end-users understand the functionalities, features, and benefits of the software and can effectively integrate it into their workflows to enhance their Governance, Risk and Compliance processes.

Reporting to: Head of Services

Reason for vacancy: Team expansion

Management level of role: This is not a management role.

Working environment & travel: Exceptionally busy, team-orientated environment. Driver's license and own transport is essential. Possible travel into the rest of Africa.
