Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:- Implement and support Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions to help organizations manage risk and compliance across business functions.- Work on ServiceNow GRC modules to design, configure, and enhance risk and compliance workflows.- Implement and support Security Incident Response (SIR) processes within ServiceNow.- Perform ServiceNow development activities including customization, scripting, and workflow configuration.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand risk, compliance, and security requirements.- Support end-to-end IRM implementation including configuration, testing, and deployment.- Ensure alignment of solutions with organizational risk management frameworks and compliance standards.- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing ServiceNow GRC solutions.
