Graphic Service Specialist (Sublimation, Engraving & Sales)

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality sublimation printing ensuring vibrant colors and precise image transfer onto diverse materials like apparel, ceramics, and metal.
• Operate and maintain engraving machinery for detailed personalization on items such as awards, signage, and promotional products.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, offering expert advice on material suitability and aesthetic appeal for sublimation and engraving.
• Manage the entire design process from concept to final production, translating client visions into compelling visual assets.
• Prepare artwork files for both sublimation and engraving processes, optimizing resolution, color profiles, and vector formats.
