At UrbanWrk, design isn’t just about how things look, it’s about how they work. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who brings sharp aesthetics, storytelling instincts, and the ability to move ideas seamlessly from static to motion.

Where You Come In
Own the visual identity of UrbanWrk across digital and offline touchpoints
Design campaigns, decks, ads, and everything in between
Edit and animate short-form videos among other formats that feel native to platforms like IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Use AI tools to generate stills, concepts, and motion that amplify creativity (not replace it)
Supervise shoots and partner with production on moodboards, storyboards, concepts, and direction.
Collaborate with the larger team to turn briefs into visuals that are sharp, premium, and on-brand
Keep a close eye on design, content, and cultural trends, and know when to ride them
