Grant Manager and Engagement Specialist – Planner Principal State

Telework Eligible: Yes / Hybrid. Location: St. Paul. Full‑time, Temporary employment through 07/30/2028. This position exists to provide professional support to the Division of Health Equity Strategy and Innovation (HESI) grant management, project management and engagement work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and implement EHDI’s state grants to local communities, including launching and providing Request for Proposal (RFP) support, budgeting, site visit support, and invoice reviews.
• Provide consultation, guidance, technical assistance and support to local community grantees so they can successfully implement effective initiatives to reduce health disparities in the communities most impacted, including but not limited to communities of color, American Indians, immigrants and refugees, and LGBTQ and other marginalized communities.
