The Opportunity

JGL Commodities is seeking a relationship‑driven and motivated Grain Buyer to join our growing team based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

This role is key in building and maintaining solid producer relationships while supporting grain origination, commodity movement, and market growth across Western Canada. Working closely with producers, transportation partners, processors, and internal teams, the Grain Buyer will identify opportunities, negotiate grain purchases, and support the overall success of the business.

We are looking for someone who is a self‑starter, thrives in a fast‑paced agriculture environment, and enjoys building long‑term relationships within the industry. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and confidently navigating conversations around grain marketing, pricing, logistics, and customer service.
