Al Nokhba Program - Graduate Trainee

Al Nokhba Program is designed to empower and qualify Emarti Fresh Graduates in all fields and provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities in line with international standards and expertise.

This program is designed for a 1 year period to prepare the young emarti for the work field. In addition, the program includes different types of theoretical and practical training.

Criteria & Eligibility

• Nationality: United Arab Emirates
• Gender: Male and Female
• Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree
• Year of Graduation: within the last 3 years
• Experience: Without previous experience or with maximum of 3 years
• Age: Less than 30 years
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
• National Service: Completed
